Formula Ranking Japan's Best Baseball Clubs

Discussion in the Ask the Commish forum

So, as some of you may know, I've been researching Japanese baseball data in an attempt to rank the greatest (and worst) clubs in Japanese baseball history.

I've gone ahead and published a limited look at my findings here [Philadelphia Baseball Review].

I'll be releasing a complete ranking with commentary later this summer.

I want to thank Michael Westbay, Jim Albright and Rob Fitts for their assistance in my pursuit of this project.

Please feel free to comment on the link and share it as you see fit. Moving forward, I hope to see more historical/statistical research done on baseball in Japan.
