This game was rained off and will be played some time in September or October.

Man, I can't shake the feeling that this is going to be a HUGE game at the end of the season.

Yeah, kind of cool that it got rained out. It will be much more interesting in September hopefully!

I would give an arm for tickets to those games. That series might very well decide the pennant.

If the Tigers have the league lead, an arm and a leg. If they are behind, just an arm.

Tigers got the momentum now so it is Giants who got lucky. Tigers have had a 7-4 record this month which is OK but not anything extraordinary. Giants is now in the middle of a mini melt down as Christopher said. But I think Giants will get back to its strong usual self and Tigers will be there too. This pennant will be close all the way right to the end.

Saw Hoshino on TV last night and he predicted the pennant would be close all the way to the end. When asked about key players for Tigers he said Murton. Murton looks like some inbred looking Norse warrior from 1500 years ago. From some remote place off the coast of Shet Islands or something.
