Down by 7 in the 9th, the BayStars made it exciting with a grand slam by Yoshimura with two outs. But that's as far at the BayStars could get, losing 8-5.
Terahara pitched brilliantly through 5 innings, but the Giants finally figured him out in the 6th. (They also found that the ball carried very well to right.)
