Rakuten Picks Up Pitcher Myette
CBS.sportsline.com had a little blurb about Rakuten buying the contract of Aaron Myette. I think he played in the Reds' organization. I'll try to find out more about him.

It looks like he was sold by the Phillies' organization if you read the article. It's the last page of a 4 page article starting with the Dodgers retaining Alvarez.

The Phillies did sell Myette to the Rakuten Eagles. Myette was a former White Sox prospect. [Link - RotoWorld]
