Second charity game - April 3rd

Discussion in the Tiger Tails forum
Second charity game - April 3rd
This was a reversal of the previous day's game with the Tigers coming out on top. Nohmi pitched and was much more secure with good backup from Kubota, Kobayashi and Fujikawa. The backup was so good in fact that BayStars couldn't get on the board at all. Even so the 6-0 score line wasn't secured until the ninth when Tigers were able to pick up four runs in that innings. Till then it was fairly tight. Arai went four from five and Murton hit a lead off home run in the first.
About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
