Welcome to the Open Sen

Discussion in the Tiger Tails forum
Welcome to the Open Sen
Tigers started the Open Sen spectacularly hammering Nippon Ham 15-6. They racked up 21 hits and never looked like being challenged. Komiyama continued his hitting streak - a two base and Conrad drove in two runs. Itoh and Saka both managed three. Once again the relief stumbled though with Nippon Ham taking four runs in the seventh and eighth but they were never going to catch up. However in a close game this might prove to be an issue. For those that would like to take a look at the box score - Gen over on Yakyu Baka has the complete thing. Here is the link

About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
