Lotte fall

Discussion in the Tiger Tails forum
Lotte fall
Another tight victory for Tigers this game saw Lotte held off. Once again Kojima gave cause for concern. Tigers had taken a 3-1 lead with runs from Yamato (1) and Ryota Arai (2). Kojima took over in the fourth and promptly gave up 2 runs allowing Lotte to tie the score. One thinks that Kojima is starting the season in ni-gun. The winning run came from the bat of Fukudome in the sixth. We also saw the use of Okazaki as a relief catcher - remember him? Final score 4-3 Tigers are looking good so far.
About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
