I am a big SF Giants fan and was wondering how Felipe Crespo did in Japan? Does anyone know if he is still playing in Japan? Thanks in advance for any information.

I'm afraid that Crespo was picked up by the Yomiuri Giants when they really didn't need another infielder. He only played in 24 games last season, often just as a pinch hitter. His contract was not extended.

On the bright side, his team was far and away the best in Japan last season (2002) and won the Japan Series in October.
