I thought many of us were certifiable already. 
Just one slight correction: Randy Bass is still serving - he was elected to the Oklahoma State Senate in 2004.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. These guys came up with a test to certify you're Hanshin Tigers fandom. If you think you have what it takes, the test is 3,000 yen and can be taken online. Here's the website:

And for those interested, it was Makihara that gave up the three back screen home runs in 1985, the Tigers beat Yokohama 16 times in a row in 2003, and Randy Bass served on the Oklahoma legislature after retiring from baseball.
