Okada Punished?

Discussion in the Open Talk forum
Okada Punished?
I was at Koshien on Friday and, after a lengthy argument, Okada suddenly reared back and gave a giant push to the ump. I haven't heard anything about this in the news however. Anyone know if he was fined or will be suspended?

I know that the umps aren't usually protected enough here, but I was surprised to hear nothing about this matter yet.

Okada received a 100,000 yen fine and a severe warning. Par for the course.

Thanks for the update. Things haven't changed.

What did Pinella just get? 4-game suspension for more or less incidental contact? Amazing how little respect umps still command here.
