iJapan Live Streaming?

iJapan Live Streaming?
I cannot watch live baseball anymore using iJapan's live streaming. Is there something wrong with it? Is it permanent? I missed 2 games already. I wonder if there is another way. Please help me.

I just tried it few days ago, and it was working properly. What errors or problems did you encounter?

If it makes you feel better, it hasn't been working for me either for the last two days. The problem is with their site, as it can't seem to locate any page and then times out.

If anyone knows of a similar easy-to-use proxy server page, please let us know. iJapan is/was a very simple site that had been hastle-free until now.

Well, everytime I try to go to http://streaming.yahoo.co.jp/special/sports/pacific_league2008/ this will appear on the window:
Couldn't resolve host 'streaming.yahoo.co.jp'
It started 3 days ago.

Going to a terminal window and typing:
$ host streaming.yahoo.co.jp
I get:
streaming.yahoo.co.jp has address 124.83.139.200
streaming.yahoo.co.jp has address 124.83.139.201
streaming.yahoo.co.jp has address 124.83.179.239
streaming.yahoo.co.jp has address 124.83.139.199
What that means in human language is that you could try any of those numeric addresses (4 numbers separated by three periods) in place of "streaming.yahoo.co.jp" in the URL then see what happens. For some reason (at Yahoo!'s request?) the iJapan site is not looking up the streaming Yahoo! servers' IP addresses properly.

OT: Knowledge is power. Microsoft tries to hide knowledge and understanding of what goes on behind the scenes from its end users, having the effect of dumbing them down. Mac OS/X makes things easier (Mac OS is what Microsoft did a poor job copying), but doesn't hide the underlying UNIX tools, allowing those with a desire to use the power of UNIX to do so. It's time to take the computing world back from Microsoft.

Watching Marines vs Fighters now, and using the same old method. Working fine with me.

Let's hope the rest will be able to continue to watch it with Westbay-san's method.
