Kida and Kashiwada

Discussion in the Ask the Commish forum
Kida and Kashiwada
Hi, I am a collector of signed baseballs from Asian players that have played in the MLB. I am hoping that someone can help me with finding baseballs signed by Masao Kida and Takashi Kashiwada. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

The usual way to get something signed is by sending a stamped, self addressed return envelope (or container if you want to send a ball) to the team the player plays for. Team addresses are in the FAQ (which a lot of people who e-mail me recently don't seem to be reading).

For Kashiwada, that'd be the Giants. But since Kida isn't playing any more (as far as I know), I'm not sure where a good place would be. You might try faxing Orix and asking.
