Tuffy Rhodes and the JBPBA?

Tuffy Rhodes and the JBPBA?
I have a question if anyone knows. Now that Tuffy Rhodes was available to be a member of the JBPBA, was he indeed a member of the players association last year?

According to the JPBPA website, he was not a member in 2004 or 2005.
