Anyone know where I can find the English version of the Swallows roster for 2006?

Just use the same rosters from 2005 except add Greg Larocca from the Hiroshima Carp and make him the second baseman, and add Kaz Ishii and make him your #3 or #4 starter.
They didn't really do any big shape up this off season except aquired those two.

Also, add former Mariner and former Yomiuri Giant Masao Kida to that list of Yakult signees.
