how do i find the locations of the different stadiums
ie what city and how to get there
the names on the schedules dont help

First, you should check out Dan Latham's site. It hasn't been updated since ~2001, but it is still a good resource.

The following list contains Google map links to stadiums currently in use:
*Fullcast Stadium Miyagi - Golden Eagles
*Nagoya Dome - Dragons
*Skymark Stadium - Buffaloes
*Chiba Marine Stadium - Marines
*Osaka Dome - Buffaloes
*Hiroshima Municipal Stadium - Carp
*Meiji-Jingu Stadium - Swallows
*Sapporo Dome - Fighters
*Tokyo Dome - Giants
*Yokohama Stadium - BayStars
*Fukuoka Dome - Hawks
*Seibu Dome - Lions
*Hanshin Kōshien Stadium - Tigers

Huh...I had no idea. I'm all for giving credit where credit is due. Still a good set of maps, though (in addition to Eng-san's great maps).
