First, you should check out Dan Latham's site. It hasn't been updated since ~2001, but it is still a good resource.

The following list contains Google map links to stadiums currently in use:
*Fullcast Stadium Miyagi - Golden Eagles
*Nagoya Dome - Dragons
*Skymark Stadium - Buffaloes
*Chiba Marine Stadium - Marines
*Osaka Dome - Buffaloes
*Hiroshima Municipal Stadium - Carp
*Meiji-Jingu Stadium - Swallows
*Sapporo Dome - Fighters
*Tokyo Dome - Giants
*Yokohama Stadium - BayStars
*Fukuoka Dome - Hawks
*Seibu Dome - Lions
*Hanshin Kōshien Stadium - Tigers

Hope this helps.

Bob Bavasi's JapanBall also has a good section on the ballparks. [Link]

Bavasi's JapanBall ballpark section comes from the Japan Times Online "Japanese Baseball Ballpark Guide."

Huh...I had no idea. I'm all for giving credit where credit is due. Still a good set of maps, though (in addition to Eng-san's great maps).
