It looks like everyone's favorite Russian Yakyu fan is in the process of building a new site. All I've found there so far have been daily matchups with links to various Japanese resources such as Yahoo Sports and TBS Radio - The Baseball.
Otherwise, check threads in the links and news forums for those news sites that have recaps in English.
When they get their act together, NPB-BIS updates pitching and batting leaders throughout the season.
If any rich benefactor wants to donate a press account to NPB-BIS, I'd be more than happy to provide such a service in English.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.
It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.

The Russian League website did a good job with it the past couple years. Are they doing follow ups this season?
