I have two questions about Tetsuya Utsumi:

Question one:
Was he the player that was drafted by the BlueWave but chose to play industial ball instead? As a result, a front office employee of the Blue Wave commited suicide?

Question Two:
I have not seem anything written about him. How is he doing and what should we expect from his rockie year?
