Giants Stars Update?

Giants Stars Update?
As an English speaking (and reading) Giants fan, I am wondering what happened to some of their stars. Missing in action this year are:
  • Seung-Yeop Lee
  • Yoshinobu Takahashi
  • Tomohiro Nioka
  • Koji Uehara
Why are these guys not playing regularly?

Quickly looking at their player pages and their statuses shows:
  • Seung Yeop Lee was dropped for readjustment, as he was struggling batting .135 with 0 HR's and 8 RBI. [Player Page - NPB Official Site - in Japanese]
  • Takahashi had pain in his back.
  • Nioka tore his calf muscle.
  • Uehara was dropped for readjustment, which you can take as he was struggling, as he was 0-4 with a 6.75 ERA in 5 games. [Player Page - NPB Official Site - in Japanese]

Lee - poor performance - ni-gun
Takahashi - injured
Nioka - injured
Uehara - poor performance - ni-gun
