You do know that most of us here aren't going to know Mikitani's e-mail address, right? Though you can try two of these options below:
The FAQ (Frequently Answered Questions) has the contact info you need to contact the Rakuten Eagles. The best I can say is to write them at their mailing address and hope they will refer it to Mikitani.
