Korea: Youth, Run on Golden Lion
As Dongdaemun Stadium, essentially the Mecca of Korean baseball, will be closed this year, an intensive competition for the Golden Lion championship of all Korean high school baseball will be anticipated more highly than at any other season. Twenty-six teams including the winner of the last year, Jangchung High School, which have gone through a preliminary tournament, have participated in this year’s match.
