After a Hiccup, Cards Finalize Deal With Choi Hyang-nam
Updating a previous story Lotte Giants pitcher Choi Hyang-nam, was expected to sign a $70,000 deal with the St. Louis Cardinals last week, but was then forced by Lotte to first go through the posting process.
