横浜は今季３度目の５連敗を喫した。初先発のホセロが大誤算だった。初回は死球の走者を犠打、捕逸で三塁に進められ、内野ゴロの間に１失点。２回には１死から３連続四球の末、広島梵に満塁弾と、わずか１安打で５失点だった。大矢監督は「（１、２日の）巨人戦で粘りある投球をしてくれたし、球に力もあるから」と先発起用を説明したが、課題の制球難が露呈した。
