ソフトバンク４番松中が４試合連続打点を記録した。初回。１死一、三塁の好機に打席が回ると、楽天先発朝井のチェンジアップをとらえ、右前へはじき返す先制適時打を放った。「あそこはチェンジアップにうまく（体が）止まった形で打てた。あとは直球をどうとらえるか。今は結果よりも形にこだわってるから」。その後は３打数無安打と快音は聞かれなかったが、しっかり前を見据えていた。
