Riggan Almost Ready to Go

Riggan Almost Ready to Go
Reports are that former Hanshin Tiger Jerrod Riggan is about ready to start pitching. He is currently 88-90 in bullpen sessions and is apparently feeling good.

He posted a 3-0 record with a 1.51 ERA in 36 innings with the Tigers in 2003, and in 2004 split duties with Jeff Williams as closer. His 2004 stats were 1-0, 4 saves, and a 2.71 ERA.

He was pretty good in Japan, and enjoyed his time there. Teams would be crazy not to sign him back.
