Brother Elephants' right fielder Peng Cheng-ming was chosen by Chinese Baseball Writers Association as the position player for the month of May. Peng hit .481, three home runs, and 17 RBIs in May.
Jeff Andra of the Sinon Bulls was picked as the pitcher of the month after going 3-0 with a 2.08 ERA for May. Andra is 8-0 with 74 strikeouts and a 1.89 ERA for the year.

It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world.
