'Mr. Zero' Takatsu joins with Bulls for next season

Legendary Japanese league closer Shingo Takatsu yesterday reported to the local pro baseball team Sinon Bulls in Zuoying, Kaohsiung, to join the team's spring training. The 41-year-old veteran is expected to fill in as closer for the Bulls.
