Korean System Overwhelms Players: Scout
When David Kim agreed to become a baseball scout for the Minnesota Twins, the job was entirely new to him.

He'd never scouted a game before. He didn't have any formal training as a scout, and he wasn't really sure what to expect.

"They gave me a stopwatch and a speed gun, and they said, 'Go get 'em,'" Kim said. "They just throw you in the thick of things."
