There's a fairly new site dedicated to baseball in the Philippines.

The site covers the national team (which is how I found it), and all your favorites from the professional league in the Philippines – Cebu Dolphins, Manila Sharks, and my personal favorite: the Marikina Shoemakers, who are currently 5-5 in and in second place of the three-team North Division.

It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world.
