I can't even find where to trade players. Where is the trading option on the main season screen (the one where you seen your team logo and has various options)?

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. I got a trade offer , but there was something like 12 players from my side...is it possible or does it just mean that the team would take any of these players ?
Also , what's the second screen ( to the right ) of the trades options ? ( are the players shown there available ? )
