Make them swing for balls outside of the strike zone. Work them in and then go with the slider outside. The most Ks I've had so far is 8 with Nishiguchi.

I get strikeouts, the most I had was 10. I love it like that. I mostly average 4 or 5 Ks a game and that is a HUGE improvement over Pro Yakyuu Spirits 2,I averaged 9 Ks on Pro Yakyuu. Its more realistic like that.
You have to make the CPU chase the ball out of the strikebox. Sliders and Shootos are fantastic for strikeouts, I don't use the curve for striking out batters because the break of the curve in this game is way too sharp.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world.
