mylife (long long process, but almost gurantee good stats)
or success (takes 1.5-3 hrs depending on scenarios and how fast u play, but player's stats depends more on skill and luck)

yes
both modes will let u import them after u finish with them.
but it takes waaay too long to make a player in mylife, so i dun really recommend it. but it does require less japanese knowledge, coz the things u can do is a lot less than success. once u get the basic commands, it's not really that hard to play mylife mode.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world.
