Sales Numbers For Pawapuro 13(Not Pretty)

Sales Numbers For Pawapuro 13(Not Pretty)
Pawapuro 13 sold 145,000 units in it's opening week to rank in at #1. This may seem good to the average person, but Pawapuro 12 sold 264,000 in it's opening week. We also have to factor in the large amount of guys who sold their copies, as well.

Hopefully, this is a wake up call to Konami and the dev team. If there's anything they pay attention to, it's sales and profit. Unfortunately, in order to make the series great again, they'd probably have to bring in a new team of dedicated yakyu fans who also happen to make games. I don't see this happening. What they REALLY need to do is get a sophisticated testing team to help get rid of all the bugs and awful gameplay.

Right now, Pawapuro 13 is ranked #4th on the Famitsu 30 list, but sales are still disappointing.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
