Last Chance See Fujidera Stadium

Last Chance See Fujidera Stadium
The Stadium that the Kintetsu Buffaloes used before moving into Osaka Dome, Fujidera Stadium, will be open to the public for one last viewing on June 4th and 5th. This will be the last time the general public will be able to enter the stadium, since it is scheduled for demolition. On the 5th there will be various events and festivities at the stadium, and a scheduled appearance by former Kintetsu pitcher and manager Keishi Suzuki. There will also be a panel of photographs taken of the stadium.

About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
