Maeda Re-signs With Giants
Yomiuri Giants pitcher Yukinaga Maeda was re-signed to a 110 million yen contract (plus incentives) after turning down free agency, Thursday.

Maeda was 0-0 with a 4.65 ERA in 50 games this year with the Giants. He was brought over by current manager Tatsunori Hara in 2001 (in his first term as Giants' manager) in a free agent deal. [Full Story - Japan Ball] [2005 Giants Stats - Borisov's Pro Yakyu]
