Rakuten Sign Bowers
The Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles have signed pitcher Cedrick Bowers, who was released by the Yokohama BayStars earlier this month.

Bowers went 7-5 with a 3.83 ERA in 18 games with the BayStars this year. In his 2 year career he has a career 14-9 record with a 3.69 ERA in 38 games.
