According to KFFL, Joe Dillon's rights have been sold to Yomiuri.

The Miami Herald's Kevin Baxter reports Florida Marlins IF Joe Dillon was not tendered a contract for the 2006 season; his rights were later sold to the Yomiuri Giants of the Japanese Central League.
