Pro Yakyu Live! May 10, 2007
Yes, another Wednesday game time has come and gone. I was out with the family again (swimming school makeups). Wednesday games seem to be cursed. Yet, if I dare change it, I'm sure that the new day will be equally cursed. So I'll continue to try for Wednesday games.

It's over to the Pacific League tomorrow (May 10), with the defending champions Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters hosting the current first place Fukuoka Softbank Hawks with the broadcast starting just before 6:00 pm JST [World Clock].

Hope to have you all tune in live!

Darvish was a bit of a disappointment from the first batter. He walked Honda on four pitches, the fourth pitch bounding to the back stop off of home plate. Honda hustled up the line and took two on the base on balls. Things didn't get much better for Darvish thereafter, and he was knocked out in the fourth.

Wada, on the other hand, threw the complete game for the Hawks, despite allowing base runners in all but two innings.

And in the meantime, you missed Hayato Terahara pitching another complete game win for the BayStars. Maybe things will be best if you continue to never actually see his starts!

Yeah, it doesn't sound like it was a good outing for Darvish. But I mean, even the best pitchers aren't always invincible.

Great game for my Hawks (despite my screen name, lol). Hey man, is that you doing the play-by-play? If it is, mind if I give you a hand? I'm not saying that something's wrong, I'm saying that I can help you draw in a few more listeners.

Let me know if you want some help. If you can get me a streaming broadcast and some other stuff to do a voice-over play-by-play, then maybe we could have a 2-man booth?
