Lions Sign Kinney
The Seibu Lions have signed pitcher Matt Kinney [Baseball-Reference] to a one year deal worth 50 million yen.

Kinney went 12-10 with a 4.02 ERA in 27 games/26 starts with AAA Fresno. He has a career 19-27 record with a 5.29 ERA in 103 games/58 starts over a 5 year career with the Twins, Brewers, Royals, and San Francisco Giants.
