Yomiuri Gets Another Foreigner
According to Japan Ball, the Yomiuri Giants have signed Australian lefty reliever, Adrian Burnside, to a one-year deal for $300,000. I remember the BayStars being interested in him a couple of years ago, so it might be interesting to see how Burnside performs next year in comparison to the BayStars' current foreign left hander, Matt White.
