It's good that he got back to you. I could quibble with a couple of the details, like the four-gaijin rule, which is more complicated than that.
But you gotta love the Meiji-era plane in slide 2.

The Cecil Fielder slide is misleading:
The prior four seasons he hit 31 home runs for the Blue Jays in the MLBIf you look at the At Bats for those four seasons, they just about total a single season's worth of play. Fielder didn't suddenly become a good hitter in Japan, he just "suddenly" got to play his first full season.

It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.
