Ichiba to Start at Ni-Gun
Rakuten Eagles' manager, Yasushi Tao, said that Yasuhiro Ichiba will start the season at ni-gun. In four games this spring Ichiba had a 3.77 ERA. [Link - Japan Ball]

What I'm wondering is, did Ichiba have major control issues this spring that the Eagles are sending him to ni-gun to work on?
