Pitchers - Resop

No ratings for Iwata and Fujikawa this time as both are on WBC duty. Kubota likewise is injured and so was not present in the camp. Resop collected another poor rating and with his pitching against Orix also being taken into account the general feeling is that he needs to pick up significantly to make the first team. One hopes he will be able to improve during the Open Sen games. Mench has been encouraging and it is hoped that he will repeat the form in the full season.

Once again Mayumi awarded several MVPs with the emphasis on youth. These went to Ishikawa, Tamaki, Abe, Uezono, Shiranita, Saka and Yamato.
