Pitching moves and switches

Discussion in the Tiger Tails forum
Pitching moves and switches
The rotation is changing as Mayumi struggles to keep a functioning group of starting pitchers. Tsuru has been switched to the bullpen and will no longer start. Probably, a wise move as he didn't seem to be settling in. The shock is that Andoh will make a start against the BayStars (scheduled to be the 18th). He hasn't really exhibited any improvement at all since his last start but one never knows. Akiyama has also been brought up from the farm team and is likely to pitch against the Giants at the moment. Another case of throwing someone in at the deep end. Good luck to him. Shimoyanagi has also been sent down to ni-gun where he will do whatever they do there.
On a more positive note - tonight is the start of the 'Black Tigers' when they wear the retro uniforms.

The good thing about Andoh back in the rotation is he can only hurt the team once a week! Look on the bright side.
