First exhibition games

Discussion in the Tiger Tails forum
First exhibition games
These are included for completeness sake - Tigers played two games against Orix. The first they lost 1-0 - from all angles it looks a boring affair with T. Okada supplying the only RBI. The second they won 4-0 with Orix failing to convert their chances (they had eight hits).
Johjima's recovery is proceeding very well and there is talk that he will be able to play on 9th March in the exhibition game then. Mayumi has said that he has no intention of rushing Johjima back but the impression one gets is that this is what is happening. Could be that they want Fujii to start as few games as possible.
About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
