The Black Tigers are back again
With the success of the retro 'black' uniforms (actually dark blue) in the 'Old Central League' celebration last year Tigers have decided to use these again.However, there is one variation - the socks will be yellow and blue hoops which apparently were used in the original uniforms. They will be on display as the Tigers retro uniform for Inter-league games. After the end of Inter-league the uniforms will be auctioned off to help raise money for disaster relief in Tohoku. I must say it's great to see these uniforms brought back - they really did look cool.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world.
