Matsuzaka and the Seibu Lions

3 Questions:

Does anybody know where to get a Matsuzaka jersey besides the Seibu website (which charges about $280)?
Can someone give me step-by-step instructions for the Seibu media player (since I don't speak/read Japanese)?
Does anyone know the current status of Matsuzaka's posting/not posting (and if so what the process is/which team has his rights)?

You mean the official jersey, right? The Nike one? Not the replica? That's about what it costs.
