NPB Stadia - Fun with Google Earth
Just for fun, you can look at NPB's stadia on Google Earth if you have it installed on your PC (earth.google.com). Below are some coordinates. Feel free to make corrections, add others, or contribute anything else interesting (baseball-related, please).

Tokyo Dome: 35 42 20N 139 45 8E
Chiba Marine Stadium: 35 38 43N 140 1 50E
Seibu Dome: 35 46 7N 139 25 14E
Fukuoka Dome: 33 35 43N 130 21 44E
Osaka Dome: 34 40 8N 135 28 33E
Sapporo Dome: 43 0 53N 141 24 36E
Koshien Kyujyo: 34 43 16N 135 21 40E

P.S. - What are the large stadia at the following coordinates?

34 34 13N 135 35 27E
34 44 38N 135 21 35E

The first one (34 34 13N 135 35 27E) appears to be Fujiidera Kyujyo in Osaka, the former home of the Kintetsu Buffaloes.

The second one (34 44 38N 135 21 35E) is in Nishinomiya near Koshien. Any Hanshin fans know?

This is a great idea! I've been thinking of making maps to help people get to the various stadia, and Google is there to help. These need to go to a FAQ page.

I believe that's Nishinomiya Stadium, the Hankyu Braves' old ballpark. It closed in 2002, and I think they tore it down about a year ago.

This post on the Google Earth Community BBS has a set of markers for all of the Central, Pacific, and KBO teams (as well as the National Baseball Congress League).

The only error in the above set (that I know of) is that it still has the Fighters in Tokyo Dome, so you'll need to add Sapporo Dome (43 0 53.72N 141 24 36.07E) to your markers yourself.

Since some areas don't get as detailed satalite coverage as others, they're a little blury, like Fulcast Stadium. Still, this is neat.

I'm pretty sure that (35 11 08.91 N 136 56 49.96 E) is the Nagoya Dome.

I have updated the BBS file (with farm stadiums) and uploaded it here at the encyclopedia. cerealspoon deserves credit for creating the original file that this one is based on.
