Hardest Throwing Pitchers

Hardest Throwing Pitchers
I was watching the Japan-U.S. game today and couldn't help but notice the softer throwing Japanese pitchers. Are there any pitchers that regularly throw in the mid-90's? I thought there was a reliever on Yakult who could flirt with 150km, but maybe I'm mistaken.

Daisuke Matsuzaka hit 100 MPH in Athens. It's Spring Training. Don't put too much stock into gun readings this time of year. Brad Lidge was throwing 93 on his fastball. Johan Santana was throwing 88-90 today.
