This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.
It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.

Just wondering, in everyone's opinion, who were some good players from Japan/South Korea/Taiwan that could've matched up with MLB talent equally.
Mine is:
Japan - Sadaharu Oh, don't know if he ever showed interest of coming to MLB, but this man IS the all-time career HR king.
South Korea - Man-Soo Lee, great catcher in the Korean league, he's now the bullpen catcher for the Chicago White Sox.
Taiwan - Tai-Yuan Kuo (Taigen Kaku), like many Taiwanese players before Chin-Feng Chen, aka the close-minded era, the furthest a Taiwanese player could go was Japan.
