Hard Throwing Pitchers

Hard Throwing Pitchers
Is Daisuke Matsuzaka the only Japanese pitcher that can bring it up there in the mid 90s MPH? Are there any other current pitchers that bring heat like him in the NPB?

Fujikawa, the current unhittable Tigers closer, was clocked last night at 154, and makes hitters swing at a lot of bad pitches. I'm not sure what his record for speed is.

I saw last night that the Carp's pitcher, Kuroda, was pitching about 150, so that's about 93.2 mph. So that's up there.

There are a bunch of pitchers who top out in the mid-90s, but I don't think there's anybody who throws mid-90s fastballs consistently. I haven't seen a NPB game in a while though, so is there anybody who's fastballs are consistently around 95 mph = 152 kph? Maybe Matsuzaka on a good day, but most of times he throws around 146~150 right?

Just on a side-note, the velocity records have always been a huge source of false expectations for Japanese pitchers coming to the majors. Everyone was told that Hideki Irabu had a 99 mph fastball without knowing that he hit that number once during an all-star game. His average fastball was more like 93-95 mph.
